There is a basic charge of $250 per hour, with
flat fees quoted for trusts and other specific services.

Revocable Living Trusts: | |

From $900 to over $2000, depending on clients' needs. | |
| Social Security Cases: | ||
| Based on a contingency fee basis - 25% of the gross recovery. Separate agreement on Federal Court Appeals. |

| Travel: | ||
| Mr. Sammis' practice is in San Rafael CA and transportation to court or hearings is charged at the regular hourly rate. | ||
| Payments: | ||
| All payments are to be made by check. Credit cards are not accepted. | ||
| All other fees are negotiable. | ||
